pFlow, s.r.o. company merged with the Novitech Tax, s.r.o., which by this act took over all rights and obligations of pFlow, s.r.o.
pFlow, s.r.o. was founded in 2002 as a NOVITECH a.s. subsidiary focused on process oriented solutions using BPMS technologies and specialized WEB applications.
The aim of the Novitech Tax, s.r.o. is to continue and develop all pFlow, s.r.o. activities. 
The merger came into force on 1.1.2018 and was registered by the Commercial Register of the Košice I District Court.
